A lofty goal, certainly -- and a worthy one as well. And, I suspect, one that will warrant more discussion with those involved, and the community as a whole. Would I be correct in assuming that you have been contacting all who had attended diplomatic meetings in the past?

I've been contacting a number of people, yes. [ He's done more than that, but if he's going to assume rather than actually ask, then he'll just keep going. It's not quite annoying, but it doesn't foster any need in him to be particularly effusive. ]
